The location is ideal, within walking distance of the Old Town and City Centre, but the dining experience could have more variety. The facilities are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers comfortable and relaxing rooms with luxurious and spacious accommodations, either overlooking the YMCA Tower or the Old City in the distance. The service is attentive and accommodating, with friendly staff willing to ensure a pampered stay. The location is excellent, allowing you to see well-known individuals and their Secret Service entourage, away from the hustle of big chain hotels in Tel Aviv. The dining experience features a varied and delightful spread, although some inconsistencies were noted. Overall, the hotel delivers a high standard of service and comfort.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, while not renovated, were spacious and had a large, double-sink bathroom, a large desk area with a coffee maker, and plenty of closet space. The small balcony with a table and chairs was a nice touch, and the king size bed was very comfortable. The service was extremely helpful, especially from the front desk and dining room staff who knew us by name. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access on foot to main attractions and restaurants.

The view over old town Jerusalem was simply fantastic, and the bed's comfort and size were top-notch. The rooms, though in the non-renovated section, were clean and spacious, boasting amenities like a coffee machine, complimentary treats, and a well-maintained bathroom.
The hotel offers a fascinating view over old town Jerusalem with large, beautifully decorated rooms fit for Presidents and foreign dignitaries. However, cleanliness could be improved.
